Shipping Information:

Normal delivery time is 5-7 working days, while some special order items may take several weeks for delivery. We will do our best to notify you at the time of your order if delivery will take longer than 1 week.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

All returns require prior authorization and must be clearly marked with return authorization number when returned. We are not responsible for items returned that are not clearly marked. Returned items may be subject to restocking fees. Credit will only be issued on items returned within 30 days of customer receipt. All returns must arrive in saleable condition with original packaging intact. Special order items may not be returned. Credit may not be issued on returned items that are damaged by the shipper. Please make sure to carefully package your returns.
